Please note that even if a pharmacy is sited within your surgery, this does not affect you being able to order and receive your prescriptions from us. Choice is yours as to where your medication is dispensed. If you would like us to collect and dispense your prescriptions, please inform your surgery to put your prescriptions in our collection folder.
From time to time you may receive unsolicited mail or a call to change your prescriptions to go to an internet based pharmacy. This may not benefit you as the internet pharmacy will not able to deal with your emergency or urgent prescription. This also affects the viability of your community pharmacy and all the elderly and infirmed patients who rely on the community pharmacy. An internet pharmacy will not be able to provide a face to face consultation and other community based pharmacy services.
You can continue to order your prescriptions in your usual way or by using this easy to use online service. Just click ‘Repeat Prescriptions’ button at the top of the page and follow the steps. However if you do not wish us to collect your prescription, please do not use this service but contact the surgery.
Please note if circumstances arise and you cannot collect your prescription from us, we will offer you a complimentary delivery service.
