Getting my prescription with VSM Pharmacy
It’s easy to get your prescription with us. You can order a repeat prescription through our online form right here, then come into the pharmacy to pick it up when it’s ready. If you have a one-off prescription already, you can bring it to us to be filled.
Last year, 8,188 medications were ordered through our website.
1. Select your surgery
From the selection on the page below, choose your GP surgery and click Order my prescription.
2. Fill in your repeat
A page will open. On that page, fill in your details and enter the medications you need. Once you’re done, submit the form.
3. Pick up in store
After 2 to 3 working days, your GP surgery will issue a prescription. We will pick it up and get it ready for you to collect in store.

NHS Repeat Prescriptions
Our online NHS repeat prescription ordering service is open to anyone who’s over 18 and registered at Camberley Health Centre, Upper Gordon Road Surgery or Park Road Surgery.
Ordering your prescription online is free; just choose your surgery above and fill out the form. Unless you’re exempt from NHS charges, though, you’ll need to pay when you pick up your prescription.
Private Prescriptions
Private prescriptions are charged at different prices depending on the pharmacy. Large chains know this and take advantage of their omnipresence to charge, at times, exorbitant prices.
At VSM, all private prescriptions are charged at 20% above their costs to us. If the item is very expensive, we will drop the charge to 10%.

One-Off and Veterinary Prescriptions
If you already have a signed one-off prescription from your doctor, we can get your medicine for you. Just bring your prescription in to the pharmacy.
We can also fill prescriptions from other healthcare professionals, such as vets.
